Humanity has based its entire future in space, on throw away technology for 40 years! In that time billions of dollars, many millions of man hours, many many thousand tons of high grade metal ore, has been thrown away, burned up in Earths atmosphere.

If these resources had been focused into a FULLY REUSBLE SPACE PLANE -and- ADVANCED GROUND BASED ASSISTED LAUNCH SYSTEM (PROGRAM), there would today be Human bases on Luna & Mars, and large rotating space stations in Earths Orbit.

This has come to be, because of Greed and Lust for Power & Control of Space for Military and National Security of a "Few" Nations. Also, because the United Nations (Office Of Outer Space Affairs) has NOT been the proper Organization to conduct International "Global" Multi-National Space Exploration and Endeavors on the Behalf of the Peoples of the World Community, Earth.

For this reason, the Human Space Effort has been held back for 40 years because of this stagnation and greed, and left Humanity with no Space Infrastructure or Capibilty of Scale, Scope, and Duration.

This effort must be taken OUTSIDE the National Military and National Security Domain, and indeed OUTSIDE the National Domain in general, NOW!

Massive amounts of human resources, materials, money, and TIME, have already been wasted! With no real return, or meaningful or developed space infrastructure.

The International Space Agency (ISA) Organization has proposed very strongly since 1990, that the United Nations "Office Of Outer Space Affairs" be totally seperated from the United Nations, "reorganized", and streamlined into the NEW and GROWING International Space Agency (ISA) Organization, which is the more relevant and proper Space "Agency/Organization" to represent and cunduct the Collective Human Space Effort, for, and on the behalf of, the Peoples of the World Community, Earth.

The International Space Agency (ISA) Organization has also proposed very strongly since 1992, that the International Space Station (ISS) Program http://p201.ezboard.c...

be placed into the management and care of the NEW and GROWING International Space Agency (ISA) Organization, which would be better suited to conduct truly international management and opertions, outside the National Domain and Agendas.
