Legal Notice - 2nd of April 2006

To: Meetup.Com Staff
Attn: Meetup.Com Members (Users)

Please note that due to the Malicious Actions of persons here at Meetup.Com, both members (Users) and staff, which were against a specific staff member of the International Space Agency (ISA) Organization; and whom this ISA staff member posted personal articles regarding political and personal views, under FREE SPEECH, and although were direct and candid, did not in anyway break any rules, spirit, or laws of public debate, public free speech, or public decency.

However, the views of a few extremist and unstable voices, and false complaints to Meetup.Com staff, and then the biased and unneeded actions by Meetup.Com staff, has made it clear and obvious that the safety and well being of a senior and well respected staff member of the International Space Agency (ISA) is in jeopardy, and therefor, the International Space Agency (ISA) or any of its staff, will not be allowed to make any further posts on any Meetup.Com message boards or forums, other than that of the International Space Agency (ISA) Meetup.Com Groups.

It is very said, that a most respected, intelligent, and knowledgeable person of great integrity and respect, cannot share direct views and opinions which are of a serious nature, and important to the Constitutional Rights and Privileges of a Citizen of the United States of America, with in that said Country, with out being the victim of hate and stalking.

The International Space Agency (ISA), or any of its Staff, shall not post, contribute, or reply to any venue within Meetup.Com, other than its 3 Meetup.Com groups in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Omaha, Nebraska. (*Other than official ISA Communications for Official Business. This is mainly regarding PERSONAL or Non-Official Communications.)

Thank You
